3/14/2016 1 Comment New Site, New IdeaWell. The Lethbridge Collaborative Divorce website is up and running, and we've added this Blog Page - but it's a blog page with a bit of a new idea.
One of the strengths of Collaborative Law or Collaborative Process is that it transfers ownership and control of settlement process back to the people most impacted by the settlement - the parties. The process responds to YOUR agenda, not the agenda of a lawyer or a judge or some other third party. So - with that in mind, this first Blog will not be a "lecture" on how I, as a lawyer, will tell you "how it is" or "how it should be". Rather, this Blog is a place for you, the reader, to tell us "how it is" or "how it should be". Please post comments, thoughts, or questions and we'll try to respond - in hopes of making our process better and more responsive to the people who really matter: the clients. Hope to hear from you! Robert G. Harvie, Q.C.
